ACS 5.1 802.1x configuration guideance

I am looking for some guidance in configuring 802.1x authentication on ACS 5.1.0.44 & Catalyst 2960S switches.

All the documents i have found seem to have incorrect screen shots or missing steps.

I am new to ACS, so don't have much experience.

I have found a doc external to Cisco

however this just hangs when attempting to complete the task in figure G.

The other docs are for configuring IBNS & assume that 802.1x is already configured.

This guide refers to Cisco ISE as the authentication server.

However, its configuration could be easily "translated" into ACS 5.

The switching part stays valid.
