anyone can help me? today i met a tough issue on ACS 5.2 AD authentication.
I am using ACS tacacs+ and radius to manage network device login and VPN connection login.
But this morning, i didn't do any change in ACS, all AD account authentications are failed, but ACS local user account are working.
error message as below: 24408 User authentication against Active Directory failed since user has entered the wrong password.
I promise that the password is corrected and working for doamin login on PC and web email site.
i checked AD connection status in external identity stores, the status is connected. and it's ok to list all OUs and objects in AD.
how to solve it?
