ACS 5.2 Liscense problem

HI All ,

I have a  ACS 5.2 version installed on Vmware . I  purchased below  liscense

Product Name                  : L-CSACS-5-LRG-LIC=

Product Description         : L-CSACS-5-LRG-LIC= : ACS 5 Large Deployment License (Electronic Delivery)

When i am trying to upgrade the liscense i am getting an Error " Liscense file installation failed : The liscense file must contain single base liscense "

Please find the screenshot attached .

Please let me know how can i install the liscense

My guess is that you are trying to install a license file that contains both a base license and a large deployment license

Open you license file in an editor. Each license is about 5-6 lines begininng with word FEATURE

Check how many licenses you have and of which type as follows depending on word that appears after FEATURE

- ACSBase: Base license

- ACSLargeDeployment: Large deployment

If see both a base and large deployment license then can delete the lines for the base license and try and install large deployment license only

The issue was i have not installed the base liscense the issue got resolved now .
