ACS 5.2 VM ware version

HI All,

We have purchased New VM ware version of ACS 5.2

Part no is L-CSACS-52VM-K9

ACS 5.2 VMWare SW + Base License (Electronic Delivery)

I recived PUK and registerd with licencing and I recived only Licence file

My question is How I will get ACS 5.2 software that is not in the licencing file or the mail I recived from cisco I recived after registration

The product I purchsae inclusing the ACS software 5.2 or not.

please help me.

it should allow. I'd suggest contacting the people who manage your contracts or call the cisco frontline for licensing team or whatsoever.
