ACS 5.3 -- error message while importing devices using import template .csv file

Hi,

Iam getting below error message while importing devices(using the template) to ACS 5.3 server.

checked the header of the file using text editor.

I tried with the new csv file by copying the contents of the import template. But, no luck.

Please advise how to fix this issue.

Header is incorrect. Download Import Template for required header record.

Hi,

there is problem in Template headers, you have to delete one column from the Template file, i can't tell you exactly which one but you can figure it out. try if you fail then let me know.
