Hello,
between fields in import template file (add or update) for internal users is no column for expiration date (
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/net_mgmt/cisco_secure_access_control_system/5.4/user/guide/my_wkspc.html#wp1057769). This field is not defined also for export file.
My question is: (How) is it possible import new users (or update existing) into internal db with expiration date field?

Not sure if this is any comfort but there is a CDETS opened on this issue
CSCuf16224: No Import / Export for internal user "Disable Account if Date Exceeds:"
I am not aware of any firm schedules yet to resolve this

Further update. Patch 3 for ACS 5.4 has been released on CCO and includes a fix for this issue
Note the fix is tracked under a different CDETS (CDETS abve is now a duplicate)
CSCud56657 ACS 5.4 User import template dateexceeds fields are missing
