ACS 5.6 automatic logoff after create a new user

Hi,

 

I have an ACS 5.6 patch 2 and I have a problem when I try to create a new user in the device. When I try to create a new user , after put all data required, when I click the button to "create", automaticaly ACS logoff my session and th user is not created.

 

I have tried with some browsers supported and the problem persists. Anyone knows about this problem?

Cisco Secure ACS v5.6.0.22

I am having the exact same issue, but not with adding users. I have tried I.E.11 v11.0.17 (KB3032359) as well as FF v36.0.1. I cannot move a users' downloadable ACL to a new downloadable ACL. Like you, I make the change and hit submit. I am immediately kicked off the ACS and am greeted with a login page. Also like you, when I log back in, the change has not been saved. We are about to embark on a very important project and this is vital. I really need an answer on this one! Opening a ticket with Cisco now.

Any suggestions at this point would be greatly appreciated!
