ACS 5.8: 24403 User authentication against Active Directory failed

Hi All, 

I'm using Cisco ACS 5.8 to authentication users for Router , Switch, ASA, WLC . I join ACS with Active Directory is OK but i get a error folow:

" User authentication against Active Directory failed" when user and password is correct .

Please help me problem this .Thanks so much...

Check if the account is disabled or locked as this can cause the error you're getting.
