ACS 5.8 Admin User

Hi guys,

Running ACS v5.8 and created an admin account in the ReadOnlyAdmin role but when they try and login to web gui
(https://<ip address>/acsadmin) they get Access Denied. If I make them a SuperUser they get on fine........any ideas for ReadOnlyAdmin role?

You can Look the Logs what is the reason it was denied on the logs of ACS ?

How to Ask The Cisco Community for Help

I can't see anything in the Admin Logon logs for that particular user

if the request coming to ACS then you should see Log entry for sure.

 

From ACS View go to :

 

Monitoring & Reports > Reports > >ACS Instance Select ACS admin run report for today
