ACS 5.x licensing in large deploments

Hi, I have a question on Licensing of ACS 5.x.

If we have a scenario where we have 3 ACS servers in a deployment. Two of the servers A & B are primary & secondary supporting 1000 devices, replicating between each other. I assume both need to have an Add-on license installed. The third server (C) supports only 200 devices, and is replicating to server B. Do server C need to have an Add-on license or is it sufficient to have a base license on this server (C)?

I assume you are asking about the large deployment license to allow > 500 devices

This license is applied per deployment. The license is installed on the primary and will replicate to all secondary servers in the deployment
