Hello,
Last week we had a lot of electrical failure. Since these problems, our ACS Appliance 1113 is not booting anymore.
At startup we have the following message :

Press <ESC> to boot....6
And here it stops booting.
Moreover, the front Unit Identification LED is blinking (amber)
At this point, the ACS blocks and need to be manually reboot.
Does anyone has any idea on what going wrong ?

Hello Bruno,
please check the following link for led status.
for
System health LED->>> Amber = Degraded
Power On/Off LED->>>>Amber = Standby Mode
so as this happened after power outage i would recommend the following:
1) test with re-imaging the device , and make sure you have valid backup from your ACS.
this is to isolate if major issues happened to OS ( software ) due to power outage.
2) if problem keep happening after that , get the ACS replaced ,as this might caused a damage in ACS resources ( HD , memory ....)
