ACS database replication

I configured two ACS 4.2 that work well, except, the Database Replication. I set it work daily in the morning, but the log shows nothing happens in that time. However, the funny part is if I click the "replicate now", WHITOUT changing any thing, it works between the two. Any light to shed?
