ACS does not reflect the actual status of the user logged out

Have an ACS at ver 2.6.4(4) which is authenticating users having vpn connections to the vpn 3030 concentrator. Here is the problem. The ACS is authenticating the user but when the user disconnects himself (it does reflect that the user is disconnected in the vpn concentrator) the ACS tells that the user is still connected. We are using radius authentication. Any pointers on what could be the problem

Logged-in users are recorded and deleted according to receipt of accounting start/stop packets. If a stop packet is not received, then ACS will not be aware that the user has logged off. In that case, you will need to purge logged-in users to delete that user from the report.

If you believe that the user has properly logged off, but ACS still shows that user logged in, then you will need to troubleshoot receipt of accounting stop packets to determine what the problem is.
