I can however login SSH with the same credentials with no problem.
auacs1/admin# show application status acs
ACS role: PRIMARY
Process 'database' running
Process 'management' running
Process 'runtime' running
Process 'adclient' running
Process 'view-database' running
Process 'view-jobmanager' running
Process 'view-alertmanager' running
Process 'view-collector' running
Process 'view-logprocessor' running
Can someone assist me with this?

Hi,
You can reset the gui admin 'acsadmin' from cli using below command since you already have access to cli:
acs reset-password
This command resets the ACS administrator ‘acsadmin’ password to the default setting ( default ). Resetting this password does not affect other ACS administrators.
