ACS integration with A.D

Hi All,

I am trying to integrate the ACS 5.4 server with Active Directory. It is joining perfectly with the A.D but it is not showing the groups created in A.D.

I want to define privilege level 15 to that group so that no other users can get the complete privilege to access the routers and other devices in a

network.

Answers will be appreciated.

Could you please tell me more about your AD structure? What OS running on the domain controller, Is that Windows OS 2012? What is the privilege level of the account the one we used to JOIN AD.

Hi Jatin,

Thanks for the response, the A.D is installed on server 2008. The account that we userd to join A.D has administrative privilege.

Could you please tell me what error are you seeing while fetching groups under

Users and Identity Stores > External Identity Stores > Active Directory > Directory Groups

NOTE:  If you trying to reterive groups in other trusted domains or forests that are not displayed, you can use the search filter to narrow down your search results. You can also add a new AD group using the Add button. \
