From looking at your attachment it would appear that the secondary ACS is trying to PXE boot from the network, is this how it should boot normally?
If not then you might want to adjust the boot sequence for this device (BIOS setup) or, if the device was supposed to boot from a local disk first and then the network perhaps the local disk failed and is unavailable forcing the device to try booting from the network.
