Hi Everyone
Im new to Cisco ACS and was asked to help setup our wireless WLC with the ACS 5.2
I have follow the online videos and have some problem with the access policy but is stuck
Tried to use the default network access goto the identity policy and wanted to use a simple policy to associate with AD but not shows up with my identity source cannot select anything ( the GUI display is out )
And at the authorization section I cannot see my date/.time and NDG conditions ( just some mention of protocol) and I cannot customize.
Im not use if I got the steps tied down correctly and appreciate any help
My ideal is simple all wireless client (EAP) authenticated with AD username password and NDG to specify the location of wireless access
THANKS
Alex
Currently using ACS 5.2 on vmware workstation to test it out

Hi Alex
1. What does it mean "the GUI display is out" ?
2. To be able to select AD as identity source you need to configure AD first. Is it working ? (AD test connection button)
3. What do you mean by "can not customize" ?
Is seems like web browser problems as this stage. Did you try to use firefox ?
Please refer to officially supported web browsers:
For example:
Mozilla Firefox version 3.x

Hi Alex,
I get those kind of issues with newest versions of firefox.
Chrome also shows me black areas when I use it to open ACS GUI.
Try Internet Explorer if you are using windows OS. It never gave me an issue and always works perfectly. (I am using IE 8.0).
If you are using MacOS try Safari. I never tried it with ACS but I think it works.
FireFox with older versions should work with ACS without a problem. I used to use FF for ACS navigation before versoin 14 and it was fine.
