acs replication issue

we have two acs 4.2 servers. one is master and other is slave.

replications setting are configured correctly but still replication isn't working...

pls advise what issue could be...

Hi,

Could you please paste the reason mentioned for the failure.

The log can be found at:

Reports and Activity > Database Replicaiton > Database relication active.csv.

Also ensure that the master and slave are at the same version of ACS including the patch.

right now it is set up for manual replication since auto wasn't working. but i checked at activity log, there wasn't anything in there for past 2 months.

pls advice.

Hi,

Are the logs visible?

Are you able to ping the secondary from the Primary ACS and vice-versa.

Is the logging configured for replication?

system configuration > Logging > Database Replication is checked i.e. no cross present.
