Dear All

We have  two acs (version 4.2 ) , the replication was working  for a while .After couple of days it stopped working

What could be the problem  ?

Please help

Do i need to manually replicate ? ( it is actually scheduled )

What  is actually deliverance .

If i run  Manual replication the device will pull from the partenr or push to the partner ?

Thanks

When you manually push the replication, the devices/ users and other information will be pushed down to replication partner.

Do you even see scheduled replication triggering at the configured time. You can check this under Primary and Secondary ACS > reports and activities > replication attempts. Please paste the logs from primary and secondary logs.

If you don't see any logs on the secondary ACS then you need to check if replication ports are being blocked somewhere in between. It uses TCP 2000.
