ACS SE 3.3 loading Vendor Specific VSAs for Radius

I'm trying to load Vendor Specific VSAs into my ACS SE 3.3 box, using a csv file. I've created the following file, which I think should work, however it doesn't. I place the file in an ftp root directory, configure my ACS device to grab it from the ftp server. I choose the ACS device as a selected partner. When it grabs the file, I can see that my file.csv changes to file.csv.read, then to file.csv.downloaded. I am not able to specify for a network device to use these attributes though, as Radius(Netscreen) doesn't show up in the list of available device types. RBDMS logs don't show anything, unless the operation fails, due to the ftp server not being reachable, or if the file.csv is not there. What am I doing wrong?

Are you sure that your csv file is correct. We had a similar problem that boiled down to the csv file. You would do well to have a look at it.
