There is some thing problem when I'm trying to open launch monitoring and reports viewer there is some error like this " There is no log collector is defined and so Monitoring and Reports functionality in not available. Please define og collector and retry running Monitorings and Reports. If problems remains, please contact support. "

Hi there! I have a few questions:

- What version and patch level of ACS are you running?

- What kind of deployment do you have? (Single appliance, dual, distributed)?

- How many total ACS nodes do you have

- Have you confirmed that all acs processes are running? You can find this by issuing show application status acs directly from the CLI.

Please check if log collector role is properly configured in the deployment:

log to primary ACS 

System Administration->Configuration->Log Configuration->Log Collector.

Give a look at "Current Log Collector server" and be sure that one of the deployed acs servers has been selected as log collector

If your deployment is based on N nodes there are N+1 possible values , any of the N deployed  ACS or "No log Collector".
