Hello guys ,
recently i had to upgrade ACS 5.3 , I have applied all patches + Pointed patch which is recommend by cisco but still when i upgraded to 5.5 Application services are not starting and always shows its initializing please wait state when we issue sh app status acs command , as this is known issue some people suggested to do install patch on top of 5.5 so i installed patch 1,2,3 then tried nothing worked then i installed patch 11 which is last patch for 5.5 but still its not working . then i decided to upgraded to 5.8 thinning that might solve this problem but again i was wrong i got same surprise like 5.5 ...its upgraded to 5.8 but services remains in initialing state . any advice would be appreciated .
The reason i don't want to re image is our client doesn't have lic file with them as this device is handled previously by different partners , can anything can be done if i opted for reimage this box this is physical appliance .
