ACS - user status : expired

Hello All,

I have an issue on ACSv4.2 and i need help.

I have created 2 users, with the same parameters, on "account disable", I check "never".

When I try to log in my router with the wrong password, after 3 times, the status of one user is set to "expired". The second user is working well, after 10 unsucessful logins, the status is always "enable".

Anyone have an idea please ?

Try Changing Account disabling properties.

If you have set the count.Please check the box against "Reset current failed attempts count on submit "
