Hello,
All of a sudden my old ACS won't start. Get
Event Type: Error
Event Source: CiscoAAA
Event Category: None
Event ID: 1
Date: 10/12/2012
Time: 8:33:30 AM
User: N/A
Computer: COH-ACS
Description:
CSAdmin could not be started: Failed to initialise working directories/files.
Check that the Log directory exists under CSAdmin. (service specific error 26)
Same for CSAuth
Then CSRadius gets could not initialize the Password Aging module
and CSTacacs cound not be started, failed to initialize service diagnostic log
Any ideas???

Forget it. Figured it out. The account associated with ACS needs access do the directories. I gave it local admin access to the box and all is well. Have no idea how it changed, but I have a suspision that our system admin tightened up security and took the AD account associated with ACS and stripped its permisstions away, so I just gave it local admin access to the box.
