Hi, I am going to use ACS v5.0 H/W or S/W,

Could you give me any advice for the ACS v5.0 H/W or S/W …?

Do you have a comparison chart or link of the CISCO ACS 5.0 H/W and S/W release?

The release is the same for S/W and H/W. One is an appliance and the other a virtual machine. If you don't run run VMWare I would suggest against purchasing the VM image. There is not much data out there, here is what I could find-

The one thing you might want to think about is whether or not you really need version 5 or if 4 will work for your requirements. You can read about the differences in the links above.
