IS ACS version 3.2 compatible with Windows 2003 server?

Is there a guide on how to configure it?

The supported ACS verion for Windows 2003 is ACS version 3.2.3 and higher. But it is suggested that you should install ACS on Windows 2000 since there are known issues with ACS running on Windows 2003.
