I am trying to create a user account named:
boothjf
ACS will NOT do it. I can create booth, boothj, boothf, but NOT boothjf. There is not a user with that name.
I type in the name boothjf and click Add. It takes me to the screen to define group, password, etc... I select "Windows NT" and then the Group I've mapped to Windows authentication... Click submit and it hangs until it finally says page cannot be displayed. I have added several other users this same way with no problem his account exists in active directory, so there is a mapping.
Any Ideas?

Hi
Did you try adding the user "boothjf" as a regular user (leave the "Password Authentication" as "CiscoSecure Database") ? After that works , try to change it to "Windows Database".
This can be caused by somewhat damaged DB and you'd probably want to try the compact option in CSUtil -

that might fix your DB.

Upgrading from ACS 2.3 to ACS 2.6 fixed the problem.
thanks
