Solved: AD Probe Enabled, but not able to see attributes in Context Visibility

Hello,

We have ISE 3.3 Patch 4, we have enabled AD Probe, but not able to see attributes in Context Visibility and the endpoint profile is shown as unknown. We are doing EAP-TEAP with user certificate and machine authentication. DNS probe is also enabled. Anybody faced this issue before?

I managed to fix the problem. In my case the DNS server did not have a reverse lookup zone for my subnet. We created the reverse lookup zone and added a PTR record for the host manually. Thanks everyone for the help.

Why do you care about profiling for 802.1X? What profiling attributes are you hoping to pull from AD for these endpoints?
