After upgrading to version 2.2 the ise is restarting service

after upgrading ise from 2.1 to 2.2 with latest patch , the application services is restarting every 30 minutes ?

Assuming you have the just-released Patch 2, I'd go straight to TAC with that one.

If you don't have support, then you can check a few things -

Is this a single node or distributed deployment? If distributed are muliple nodes restarting?

Are you by any chance running VMware snapshots? I've heard those are causing problems with 2.2.
