yes possible - but I doubt your statement - only by installing Root Certificate. ( you need user certificate).

Hi BB, Thank you for your replay, no I do not need to create for every device a user certificate, just need to install root certificate to all device and doing eap-tls authentication. do you think this works without user certificate.

personally, i do not think that work with the only root certificate.
