Android tablets disconnect after timeout on Cisco ISE

Hello,

I have tablets in Android 7 and 10 with Cisco ISE and PEAP.

Google Chrome with tablets in Android 10 stop working after timeout, I'm forced to close app or restart tablets whereas tablets in Android 7 continue to work.

We tried to change timeout from 1 hour to 2 hours and tablets in Android 10 stopped working after 2 hours instead of 1.

Do you have any idea of what can cause this issue ? Is removing timeout a problem ?

Are you using a public certificate for EAP?  Do you have the devices managed with an MDM?

I tried with a public certificate but it took of on is own from the tablet so I came back to initial configuration.

It works when I remove timeout option so I'll probably let it without this option but I'd like to understand what is the difference between Android 7 and 10 that can make that.

I don't know if the devices are managed with an MDM.
