We're using the Cisco ISE 1.4.0.253 with Cisco AnyConnect 3.1.05178 version to authenticate users in the Network. Recently, we're taking failure in the RADIUS Authentications Report. The failure description is below:
"12953 Received EAP packet from the middle of conversation that contains a session on this PSN that does not exist"
With this failure description, there is an "anonymous" identity in the reports from different switch locations. In addition to this, we have two infrustructures to provide network access request with Cisco ISE. One of them has load balancer, the other has no load balancer. The problem is seen in the both of them. Do you have any recommendations to solve this error?
Is there any communication deficiency regarding switch behaviour with Cisco ISE? (Failure Session)
