Anyconnect 4.6.03049 System Scan spinning forever

Hello,

My MacOS 10.13 system is running 4.6.03049 with ISE Compliance Module 4.3.264.2304 and at least once a week Anyconnect has the System Scan running forever. It never goes to a ready state prior to connecting to the VPN.  After connecting, it continues to be spinning w/o status change.  It seems to be something with this version. The only other thing that may be conflicting with it is that I'm running Parallels 13 for MacOS so that I can run Windows VMs. 

Anyone else experiencing this issue?

Yes there was another thread on this. We asked for them to work through the TAC to get this resolved.
