Application condition - WebSense and Bluecoat not found

Hi Experts,
Using ISE 2.4

I am in midst of creating application condition for installed and running for two of these security products, WebSense (From Forceopoint, which is a DLP) and Bluecoat (from Symantec, which is used for Cloud Proxy).
I checked for all the categories that are available under the but was not able to locate them.

So, are these products ISE partners or am I looking at the wrong category under the application condition?

Now I able to find out the Forcepoint DLP, seems that the database was updated. But not able to locate the Symatec Cloud proxy application... Any idea?
