Hello,
the topic says it all. Are the certificates used for the inter-node communication included in a normal configuration backup? We are running ISE version 1.3 Patch 3 in a distributed deployment. The deployment is not used as CA.
Thanks in advance.
I believe that the certificates are NOT backed up during the backup process, however, you can use the CLI to export the certificate and the associated private key.

Hi smcipnetz,
The ISE certificates are not captured in the configuration backup. As Neno mentioned above they must be exported via CLI or GUI with the associated private key.
