Authentication Issues ACS 4.1.1.23 with AD

hi, I have installed and configured an ACSse 4.1.1.23 to do 802.1x authentication with a Catalyst 3750.

The users from the ACS internal database works fine, but when we try using accounts from the AD, the error showed is "authentication failed" , auth failed code "internal error" .

This seems to be a permission issue. Make sure that service account running remote agent should be a part of domain admin and have special privilege on domain controller, specially act as a part of os and login as server.

Also make sure that acs and remote agent ver are same.
