Authentication problem on Cisco ACS 3.0

HI,

We have a Cisco ACS 3.0 configured for tacacs which is integrated with windows 2000 domain for user authentication.There are few users who are able to authenticate but few users are not able to connect.The configuration on both ACS and Windows is the same for both successful and unsucessful users.

The authentication code that throws out for unsucessful attempt is "External DB authentication restriction".Could any one pls give me a solution for this.

Your details are not sufficient. Any how try Under 'Authentication' -> 'PEAP properties' tab of network adapter properties window, is "Validate server certificate" checked. If it is checked, then uncheck it and try authentication.
