Bug in ISE creating account

Hi,
 
We have detected a security "bug" in the Cisco ISE Guest Portal. When creating an account from the sponsor portal for a guest, sometimes, it includes in the email with the user data created, another user that has nothing to do with the created account. We have seen on the Cisco page that similar problems have been reported and we believe it is a bug. We are in version 2.2.0.470.
 
Can you confirm if this is normal or a bug?
