Bulk Import into ACS

I am having a problem with a bulk import into ACS 3.1.

I Import the following using the csutil -i.

OFFLINE

ADD:000124-80337e:PROFILE:1:CHAP:password:CSDB:password

What we are trying to do is, have a group of Avaya access point authenticate all wireless users against the radius database. I import the list of MAC addresses using the template above. I then turn on radius on the access point. When a wireless use try’s to get on the wireless network I get the following error message in ACS.

02/19/2003 09:35:20 Authen failed 00022d-09cad5 Wireless .. CS password invalid .. .. 00022d-09cad5 10.5.8.27 NORRFA112

I then got into ACS and manually type in the same password that I used in the import template and the card can now get on.
