Hey guys,

We are planning to implement BYOD in our environment. I do understand the Byod feature is to take burden off from IT helpdesk team, as the users can add or delete/purge their devices from Byod portal. I wanted to know if there is some portal in ISE for Super admin, where devices for users can be visible and the super admin can add or delete devices there?

An ISE admin can view, add, and delete endpoints directly from the Context Visibility > Endpoints page. There is no way, however, for an admin to add a new endpoint (by MAC Address) and mark it as 'BYODRegistered equals True' and/or associate that endpoint with a user so that user can then manage that endpoint themselves via the My Devices Portal. Those actions can only happen as part of the BYOD onboarding process.
