Can ISE Monitoring API get all session?

Can ISE Monitoring API get all session？More than the currently active session? 
And ，Can the results returned by the API include user login and logout times?

The Monitoring API can only be used to gather information related to a currently active endpoint session.

Audit information like session start/end times would be better gathered and reported on by configuring ISE to send Accounting information to an external syslog server like Splunk and building dashboards/reports/queries there.
