We are evaluating Cisco ACS 5.2 and I can not delete a service policy that was created. The message we receive is " the item that you are trying to delete is being referenced by other items".
I am new to ACS, but I did go through each tab in the manager multiple times.
Thanks

Just to be sure, did you check the default rule as well. This is the rule at the bottom of the same page

Go to the following page:
Access Policies > Access Services > Service Selection Rules
Do you see the service in one of the Results columns. If so the corresponding rule should either be deleted or modified to reference a different service

Thanks for the quick response. I checked under and the service that I am trying to delete is not listed there.
We have three services defined, XYZ_Radius, XYZ_TACACS, and ABC_Radius. Only the 1st two show up under the Service Selection Rules. I am trying to delete ABC_Radius.
