can we get posture on endusers using cisco router as NAD and Cisco ise as posturing server

I want to be a posture my end devices  as i don't have manageable switch and svi is opened on router so can can we get posture on end users using cisco router as NAD and Cisco ise as posturing server

Only 4451-x Router with the l2/l3 module supports posturing on its ether-channel module as per compability matrix:

Which Router you are using and your devices are connected to Router ether-switch or they are connected to unmanaged switch ? If they are connected to unmanaged switch then we even cannot perform 802.1x Authentication for users.
