Cannot Create Guest Portal on ISE

Hey guys, 

i'm having an issue with creating guest portal on ISE no matter what type it is, when i click on create and choose the portal type it gives me a blank page and when switch between tabs, it shows a 400 error. 

i tried to stop and start application from CLI but it is not working and i already done most of configuration.

ISE 3.2 patch 5

any thoughts on that ?

  - Could be a conflicting issue with data in the browser's cache ; clear cache fully and or confirm the issue 
     with another browser(s)
                             + Check - show logging application guest.log tail

Sounds like a browser issue.  Try clearing your cache/cookies or using in-private/incognito window.
