Hi All,
I need to renew my SSL certificate for ACS 3.3 and for that purpose i have generated the CSR from the ACS itself. While generating the CSR, i was not able to get the private key file (.pem) from my FTP server folder. I thought i may be saved inside the box but when i tried to upload the new certificate it is asking for the private key file. Without entering the private key file name and locations i cannot upload my certificate.
So anyone can tell me how can i get the private key file when generating CSR from the ACS itself? If it is saving to ACS itself how can i retrieve the file to upload during the upload of cert?
Thanks a lot in advance

Are you running ACS on the SE appliance, or on a Windows server?
