What do you see if from the CLI you issue a show application status ACS?

Hi,
It does not seem that your ACS was installed correctly.
Try to reload the machine and if it did not work try to remove the curreent VM and install ACS on a new one.

Yes. you can see what services are running if they are running or what status of each process.
In your case you get an error and the command output does not appear which means there is something wrong with the ACS installation.

It might be case sensitive try "show app status acs". Or better yet "show application" that will list the installed allpications.
Thanks,

Steve:
Tarik is absolutely right. acs must be written small letters in the command. If you write it ACS in capitals that does not work.
Please try it agian with small letters.
Thanks a lot Tarik to point us to this point.
