Cisco 1112 ACS Recovery

I'm an owner of a Cisco 1112 ACS, and I'm interested in obtaining the Recovery CD so I can reset and reload the software on the unit. I've found documentation on cisco.com stating that I'll need a "special access code" to download the burnable disc image (an ISO, presumably) of the Recovery CD.

I've contacted Cisco technical support, but they have been far from helpful as I purchased the device used and don't have a service contract. Is there no way to get a simply copy of the necessary software to make my ACS run again?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

You would have received a code in the email or in the software installation CD. Click the link in the e-mail.The Downloads window is displayed. Type the Access Code provided in the e-mail into the Special Access Code section.

Note: The Access Code is case-sensitive.
