Cisco 6509 - VS-S720-10G Tacacs Authentication fail

We have Cisco 6509 chassis with VS-S720-10G SUP. The version is 12.2(33) SXJ2. The Tacacs authentication fails.  The Tacacs configuration is correct. Is it any software bug in this SUP?

 - Check your authenticating server's logs; see wether there authenticating requests from the 6500

This is the core switch for one site, Other devices in the network like 3750, 3560, 4505 3845 are authenticating. There no issue with tacacs server. The aaa test is successful. There is socket errors.

We have the same device with same SUP with 15.1(2)SY7 IOS is working fine.

I want to confirm that there is IOS bugs so I can upgrade the IOS.
