Error 1 and 2 are benign errors and is known by the ACS dev team. It is about erroneous monitoring on W2K. Error 3, seems the Authentication services was

down when the change of password was attempted. It could have been attempted the same time replication was happening in the background or a backup process is in place both of which causes the authentication services to shut for the time being.
