Cisco ACS 3.3 problems

Hi,

Can anyone help. i'm installing a cisco ACS webserver for UCP.After installation the users do not get the any display after entering their configured username and password. The url http://172.29.12.230/securecgi-bin/CSUserCGI.exe is displayed gives the error page cannot be displayed.

What is the access permission for the virtual directory?

Thanks a lot.You were spot on the issue the virtual directory does not have the execute permission.
